Can I change how often I get my Repeat Delivery?
Yes! Go to My Account and select the subscription you would like to change. You can "Skip," "Pause," "Cancel," or change the date of your subscription at any time.
Can I change the items in my Repeat Delivery subscription?
Yes! You can change the size or flavor of some items by clicking “Edit Item” on the subscription detail screen.
Do add-on items ship free?
Repeat Delivery subscribers get free shipping on all Repeat Delivery orders over $35 – including eligible add-on items – even if the item ships separately!

I've never used a pet food delivery service. How do I know how much to order or what schedule to use?
Many of our customers choose to have their shipments of pet food delivered on a monthly basis, but your pet's appetites may vary. We recommend estimating how much your cat or dog eats per day (generally, 4 cups of kibble = approx. 1 pound) and multiply by 7 to find out how much they eat every week. Once you have the weekly amount, choose the bag size and frequency that works best for you.
You can adjust your bag size or delivery schedule at any time in your My Repeat Delivery page.

An add-on item is a one-time or recurring purchase that you set to ship with your next scheduled Repeat Delivery order.

Click "add once to next Repeat Delivery" on the product page.
Choose which delivery to ship it with and it ships free with an order over $35.
Please note that due to shipping methods, add-ons may ship in a different box.

If your Repeat Delivery subscriptions have the same shipping details, they ship together. Shipping details include the shipment date, order frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment method. To change these details, click any of your subscriptions on the Repeat Delivery menu.
Keep in mind, we do our best to ship items together but based on the warehouse the item ships from, they may arrive separately.
Yes! Medications and veterinary diet food items which require veterinary approval prior to shipping can be scheduled for repeat delivery. If your pet already has refills available, Petco will not need to contact your veterinarian to ship your order. If your pet requires a new approval from your veterinarian, Petco will reach out to your vet clinic prior to your next scheduled repeat delivery order. A pending charge may appear of your method of payment three days prior to your next scheduled Repeat Delivery date to help ensure your item(s) are delivered when your pet requires them.
